I’m Bryan Mann, CEO and Founder of Dental Profit Advisory.
I am a businessman with a background in scaling service‑based businesses. I hold a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and Mmy wife, Courtney, is a skilled, highly passionate dentist with over a decade of clinical experience. Together, we own and operate two thriving dental clinics in the highly competitive southwest metro of Minneapolis.
We run our clinics on one guiding principle:

When we took over our clnics, they were in trouble: losing money, lacking systems, and, frankly, earning their poor reputations. The model was broken. The result: revenue grew by more than 50%, write‑offs were cut dramatically, we navigated a hygienist shortage, and each clinic now sees 40–50+ new patients per month, placing us in the top tier for practices of our size. More importantly, reputational damage turned into genuine brand equity in the communities we serve.
I know how nearly impossible it feels to work full‑time in the practice and full‑time on the business.
